Exceptional customer service. Jim went above and beyond for my used car purchase. Had it serviced and cleaned prior to pickup. Accommodated every request, constant updates to keep you in the loop, and very forthcoming about the price and paperwork. I especially appreciate how he wasn't pushy about the warranty.

Ryan from the Service and department (and the rest of his team) is always very professional and courteous. I drive an old Cadillac and he’s always looking out for me and offering great recommendations and tips. He gives genuine advice and does not try to upsell me things I didn’t need. Anthony from the Parts department is also very friendly and kind. He also did not attempt to upsell me parts that I did not need and made an extra effort to help me find parts I that I was inquiring about. Overall, my experience at Paul Conte Cadillac dealership has been very great and exceeded my experience. The lounge area is small but sufficient for the amount of folks. Simple coffee machine does the job and toilet is clean. Keep it up!
