I must leave this review I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! Yesterday I picked up my new Escalade ESV V my salesman Anthony was great but now here is a true test to great customer service today I was on a trip 3 hours away from there dealership I left my tire lock in my salesman’s office and while on the road for a vacation my tire went flat and nobody could unlock my wheel to fix it because I left the lock in my salesman’s office. Frank the sales manager put a service tech in a car with my wheel lock and sent him 3 hrs each way to make sure I had the key! If this isn’t excellent customer service I’m not sure what is! I will purchase every car from this company. Thank you guys
