In late summer 2021, Cadillac introduced the all new 2022 CT4-V Blackwing, which is the fastest ever and most track-capable Cadillac in its class. Seductive Styling
The 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing has a long, low, and wide stance for an aggressive yet elegant road presence. It sits on 18-inch forged aluminum wheels wrapped in low-profile summer-only high-performance tires. Every sensual curve is designed for optimal aerodynamic airflow.
From the black mesh grille, through the sleek, sculpted profile, to the decklid spoiler and integrated quad trapezoid exhaust tips, the Blackwing gives the impression of power and speed. Its distinctive LED vertical signature lighting ensures that it stands out from the crowd day and night.
Two available carbon fiber exterior packages add to the Blackwing’s track aggressive appearance, as well as reducing lift and improving its high-speed handling.
Scintillating Performance
Under the CT4-V Blackwing’s sleek, bulging hood is a twin turbocharged 3.6-liter V-6 engine that pumps out 472 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque. As standard, it’s paired with a slick-shifting six-speed manual transmission, but you can choose to leave the gear shifts to the available class-exclusive 10-speed automatic transmission.
The CT4-V Blackwing can accelerate you from zero to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds with the manual transmission, or just 3.8 seconds with the 10-speed auto. For track use, you have an exhilarating top speed of 189 mph.
Helping to harness that power on the track are launch control, line lock, high-performance suspension, an electronic limited-slip differential, performance traction management, and Brembo high-performance front and rear brakes. The Blackwing’s magnetic ride control adaptive suspension ensures a smooth and controlled ride on and off the track.
Track-Bred Technology
The CT4-V Blackwing features a crystal clear 12-inch reconfigurable digital instrument display that perfectly integrates with the 8-inch central touch screen and the available head-up display to streamline your key vehicle information. An available performance data recorder enables you to see your lap times and review and analyze a video feed from external cameras.
Standard tech features include a Wi-Fi hot spot, Bluetooth, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability, voice recognition, navigation, wireless phone charging, and HD and satellite radio. For enjoying the ultimate music reproduction, you have a 14-speaker AKG surround sound system.
Race-Inspired Interior
The Blackwing’s driver-focused cockpit perfectly blends premium luxury with high performance features. Intuitively placed controls put you at the center of the action. As standard, you’ll find amenities such as carbon fiber accents, simulated leather upholstery, heated front seats, alloy sports pedals, ambient lighting, an automatic heated steering wheel, and dual-zone automatic climate control. With the automatic transmission, you also get alloy paddle shifters.
You can add to the Blackwing’s opulence with perforated and quilted leather and faux suede upholstery, ventilated front seats, and sueded-microfiber seat, door, and steering wheel accents. You could tailor your interior with contrasting Torch Red seat belts.
